Alfredo Kamel Oukherfalla, new owner & visionary of Pasha, was born in Algeria and moved to London in 1988. Past projects range from The Institute of Directors and Somerset House, to Tantra; one of the West End's premier night clubs. Originally from a large family of restauranteurs, with locations both in Paris and Algiers, he hopes to revitalise Pasha Restaurant with his acquired knowledge and experience. Alfredo will be available to all guests on any given night.

Pasha's new Head Chef, Halim Merrir, brings over a decade of experience to our menu. Cultivating & strengthening his cullinary skills, Halim Merrir has worked alongside illustrious chefs including Marco Pierre White and Eric Chavot, before joining us here at Pasha. Classically trained, with a passion for North African cuisine, he has created an exciting, modern menu; which goes hand in hand with the opulent surroundings of our restaurant.

David Benoit our Restaurant Manager, has been brought over from one of the family restaurants in Paris and will ensure all guests enjoy the excellent food, helpful service and relaxing atmosphere Pasha has to offer.

Erkan Atalay, our Floor Manager, has been a vital part of Pasha's Team for more than 2 years. His efficiency and dedication to customer service, ensures he will attend to all your needs and make your visit exceptional.

Peter Hunt, our Reservations Manager, joins Pasha following his Management of one of Londons first 'boutique' health clubs. With a strong ethic in providing excellent customer service and a keen eye for detail, Peter is here to help you with any requests you may have.
